100% Free of Charge. All Ranch programs are free-of-charge. We rely on the generosity of our donors to ensure we are able to help bring hope and healing to change lives in our community and beyond.

Individual Sessions

Scenic Hills Youth Ranch exists to serve youth ages 8-17 years of age. Each participant receives weekly sessions for 90 minutes–100%  free of charge. This allows accessibility to those who need our services most. During sessions, kids/mentors/horses team together to build positive relationships, learn new skills, build confidence, receive a lifemanship lesson applying a concept from the Ranch to everyday life and basic horsemanship/riding skills. We seek to offer a place of simplicity and healing to grow forward as we navigate our ever changing and complex world. 

Jr. Ranchers Sessions

Junior Ranchers are groups of teenagers who have been specifically identified and invited to join this session. Sessions are three hours in length and conducted bi-weekly–100% free of charge. During sessions,  we encourage problem-solving, teamwork and greater independence as we build these young people up. We encourage them to build positive relationships, learn new skills, grow confidence, and dig deeper into current issues teens are facing from a Biblical perspective while also building intermediate to advanced horsemanship skills. We seek to offer a place of simplicity and healing to grow forward as we navigate our ever changing and complex world. 

Family Sessions

Family Sessions are a 2 hour, one-off opportunity for families who are going through a difficult season whether relationally, trauma-induced or any other reason. It gives them an opportunity to step out of the turmoil and routine and into the Ranch setting. Sessions can focus on topics like teamwork, respect, communicating emotions, problem-solving, or boundaries—or, families can simply use this time as a bright spot in the midst of disruption.
